So happy that I was told about Appliance Guys !!! Our dryer was producing a burning smell and Steve went above and beyond his busy schedule to be at our home today. He did a diagnostic and quickly had our dryer fixed and now running with no problems. As 24/7 caregiver to my 93 yr old mom it meant so much to me to know that I can count on Appliance Guys as they really do care about their customers and their quality of work !! We used Appliance Guys twice now and both times were happily satisfied! The latest was just this Christmas Eve, Dec. 2019. Long story short they were able to fit us in for a repair and helped save a huge Christmas Day gathering for us! Chuck, our technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable and had us back running in no time at all. I highly recommend Appliance Guys!
Felipe was amazing. Solved a couple of issues that I didn't think he would be able to. He was professional and pleasant. The communications with the company were great. I highly recommend!

I must say this is the first & only company to call for any of your appliance repairs. Fast diagnostic and service repairs. Holidays can be a busy time of the year for many companies but they accommodated my needs when other companies told me their schedule was full. The owner Steve went above & beyond to make sure our microwave was was in excellent working order ! Thank you Steve, it people like you that makes a difference in what customer service is all about !!!!!!!!
It is a great family owned business that provides excellent service with a friendly attitude. They are extremely knowledgable and professional. I have used them twice and I can highly recommend them.
