Came on time, within a reasonable period of waiting for them to come (2 days), did a great job diagnosing my refrigerator and then letting me know the honest bad news about what was wrong and how long it was going to take to get parts and come back to fix it. They were fantastic to work with. We were able to get an appointment fast, and communication was great throughout. Our repair man fixed our problem quickly and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. I will definitely contact them again in the future!
Appliance guys came out and fixed a spring in our dishwasher. It broke 3 months later. I was upset about it and the owner called me and got someone out to fix it again. We did have to pay a small fee, but I appreciated that the owner called me and explained the process to me.
