RecommendedWe had Appliance RX come out to look at our fridge which was leaking water. We were not expecting the amount of outstanding customer service we would be getting. They went the extra mile and cleaned our fridge and freezer out. cannot recommend them enough

Fast friendly service, I have a samsung dryer that stopped working on Thursday. I called them and they were able to send someone out that following Monday morning, the gentleman that came to the house was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked around 2 kids one that kept on wanting to see what he was doing and 5 curious dogs too. Would recommend any day. Now I know who to contact when an appliance breaks for us.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher about 2 years ago, along with a warranty at the time. Over time, our dishwasher's front fascia piece had cracked along the top. It didn't impede operation, but looked rather nasty. We called Lowe's, who sent out Appliance RX to fix it. Not only was it fixed in very short order, but they also discovered the issue causing the cracking in the first place (a misalignment of the dishwasher installation) and fixed that as well. They were very helpful when fixing my fridge and it didn’t cost me much and he did it very fast since he knew what the problem was!
Cameron replaced our ice maker in our refrigerator. The part had to be ordered, but he was able to get it installed and producing ice before family arrived for Christmas. Thanks Cameron & Appliance RX for quick, friendly and professional service!
