They didn’t show up on us twice when Sears hired them for an HVAC job. First we were scheduled for July but they didn’t show up without notifying us. So they scheduled us the next month of August and found out the coils need replacement. So they scheduled us for a full repair for September and the day before of the repair they said that they haven’t accepted the job from Sears. I want you to know that this service sucks! Customer service rep Jade has the worst attitude ever! I had an appointment on yesterday - I was here all day waiting for them because I needed my washing machine fixed. Ryan was a very, very good technician. He didn't get in any hurry with me. I am 64 years old and do not care for these new gadgets, but Ryan was very professional with me. He showed me how all the settings worked and how to and often to clean my Maytag washer. Thank you very much Ryan and Appliance RX.
