our washer that we recently purchased was not working. Kolton came out and was super respectable and amazing! He was quick and new exactly what was wrong within minutes. We will definitely be using again in the future for our appliance needs
Colten was excellent and got my washing machine fixed in no time! He took the time to show me how to properly clean it and was very personable. Owning a service company myself, I know how I like my technicians to act and he definitely met my standards. Josh, the service rep. was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The issue was diagnosed, a part was ordered and repaired within 5 days, The office notified me of the part received and they then worked their schedule to accommodate mine.
