I have a long story, with a happy ending. My washer went BUST over two weeks ago. I called another company with a name very similar to Appliance Rx. Two men arrived, and diagnosed my washer with a broken pump. They said they would order one, and the latest it would be in was last Thursday, July 26. They would call when the new pump arrived. Very polite people. Was put on the next day's schedule right away. John, the repairman was professional, polite, and was knowledgeable. He serviced our window AC/Heat unit, and took his time with every little detail. Very thorough. The price was reasonable. Would and will recommend them to my friends.
