This place is an absolute joke, we will give you 4000 above blue book for your trade, there are no sale prices on the windows so they make the price what they want. I looked at a 2012 toyota camry se these cars are going for 12900 - 16900$ online and they ended up wanting 21000$. A brand new 2016 goes for 23000$ and with rebates ends up around 22000$. If you want to take it up the ass go here!!!!!

Horrible customer service... Kevin lies through his teeth told us one thing and sent us to a service vender, when we got to the vender the story changed so the vender called Kevin at Appleton auto and and Kevin not knowing he was on speaker phone said he wasn't going to help us out and told the vender just button it up... Im not going to help them out..... There is no vehicle worth the hassle or worth getting screwed by this business... Now on to the BBB...

Very terrible customer service. Showed up for my appointment time. Waited for 20 mins. Several sales people walked by me never asked if needed help or showed interest i was there. But the bathroom got interest from the sales people. Terrible customer service!
