decided to go down with my husband after he got a call to come check you guys out by appointment today, after they told him they had what he was looking for which was a diesel TRUCK.. we get there and the guy took his information and told him that they didnt have diesels on the lot, husband was gonna walk away after that but wanted to be nice. the guy wanted to get him to test drive something today and the guy brings a NISSIAN ALTIMA!? Drive all the way up to appleton to test drive a raptor after scheduling an appointment yesterday and calling to confirm they have one and getting a call today verifying I would be there. So get there and guess what no raptor. And guy I spoke to was a dick, is there anything else your interested in, no dumbass I want to see a raptor and drove an hour to see the one you supposedly have so we walked out. Thanks for wasting my time "dealer for the people" lol
I gotta say, there are few people who are able to uplift and motivate like Kevin Locke. If only I had the cash to purchase a car once per week, I would just to repeat the experience I had with this fine gentleman! Kevin, you have a gift my friend; I hope someday we have the chance to cross paths again! Appleton Auto is so lucky to have the talent and expertise of Kevin. Total rip off, lack of professionalism, lies, over priced cars, your classic stereo type of used car salesman, they are a dealer to screw the people
The radio ads make me want to rip off my ears and feed them through a paper shredder.
This place is a joke. Never mind their over priced cars, these guys are crooks who'll wreck your credit with needless inquires. Called them to ask a price on a vehicle, told them I wanted to pay cash and specifically said I did not want to finance. They went ahead and ran my credit without my permission 5 times, and lowered my credit score. Now I'm dealing with getting their mess cleaned up. When it comes to car buying, avoid these clowns and go ANYWHERE ELSE!
