I traded my Saturn and already three years ago and got my Cadillac which has been more than convenient for my family, decent gas mileage, comfortable, reliable, and great to travel with as a family. Over the years we've had no issues. Only things we needed to do was an oil change, rotors, and brakes. These are all basic maintenance I couldn't be more happy :-)
They scammed me and sold me a vehicle with ice on the hood and roof. Ice melted and it is covered in hail damaged. Over 50 dents on the hood alone. Called to complain and they won't fix it. Definitely taking legal action and filing with bbb. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

The radio ad is so obnoxious I can't stand it, turn it off or cover my ears every time it comes on, please make a new less irritating commercial!
I would give it a zero if i could. I hear the radio adds all the time at work. Finally had time to stop by after hours to check out some cars on their lot. (A little over an hr after their closing hrs) every single car on the lot was listed as not ready for sale. All the info on every vehicle was blocked with the not ready for sale sign. I get what your trying to do here, but that was my time off.
Bunch of lying bastards!! Should sue for false advertising!! 200 dollars down my ass!! First time was "yes, we can help" then it was "we need a grand down" which I had anticipated.. then this Douche canoe goes in the back and comes back a few minutes later and says "so, bad news... we need 5 grand down" honor what u advertise! I will never be back and I will tell everyone I meet to not go there either!
DON'T buy a car!!!!! Even though I purchased from them before, which was totalled, i went back and they did not want to work with me. The kept on saying that the lenders wanted double the amount down! !! Once you walk in, it is not easy to get someone to talk to and be prepared to sit for hours!!!!!
