They get your info on the phone and act like they are checking out your credit comes back and says we can do it. You get there and they don't explain what they are doing nor do they listen. We told them we needed a vehicle I can step up into Not like our car. He brings us an Altima. Says they have an over stock of them. Complete Garbage, would never go here. They specifically told my boyfriend that they would not run his credit at that moment and then he gets a notice through credit karma that his credit was ran. Told him a way off amount for how much he would have to put down as a down payment && then came back saying he would need to put 2000 more down. What kind of company does this?? They told me if I had income that I was approved come to find out I had to put almost one third of the car down and the funny thing is I asked them three times before I drove that distance then they lied and said i need a "sponsor".I asked was this a co-signer they said no until i kept asking.Finally they said yes i need a co signer but it was already two people applying.

Just drove off the lot with my new 2016 sonata that chad hooked me and my fiancé up with :) walked In with no credit 500$ and beat up car that wasn't worth in a quarter the price they gave me as trade in value!! I love my new car and never thought I'd see myself in such a nice car! It was a process but that should be expected.! 5 stars to chad and his team! He even got me a great deal on car insurance. I could not have been made to feel anymore comfortable on In the whole process.
