the staff and doctors are amazing! both Molly and Gus get so excited when I pull into the parking lot. it's so great to have a vet that our animals love to see! We've been going there for several years and I highly recommend them.
Fear Free. when I first heard that applebrook was fear free certified I questioned what that meant. when I went to the office today I found out. they go out of their way to make sure that your fur child does not feel threatened or forced to do anything. they did research to find out what colors to paint the walls so that it would be relaxing for the animals. they spray the rooms with pheromones that are relaxing and calming to the animals. if you live in the ooltewah collegedale area, and you are looking for a new vet stop l... read more
The whole staff are great! My little Maltese Sofie Grace wasn't scared of them and I could see and feel the love and care they had for her, which meant the world to me! The building is always clean and smells good!
Went there and PAID for a Yearly Exam, but didn't get a YEARLY EXAM, NO STOOL EXAM WAS DONE, despite a Complaint of RECENT GI ISSUES, EARS NOT CHECKED, EYES NOT CHECKED!!!! Dr. Pepper ordered Blood Work, but the tech. shaved Front & Back paws, attempted 4 times WITHOUT SUCCESS. Then marked it on our Medical Records that we DENIED LABS. Wanted a single abdomen X-Ray done, but they wanted to do MULTIPLE X RAYS under sedation!!! NOT HAPPY, WE WONT RETURN!
My husband and I took our dog, Briley, for some issues she’s having. We had Dr. Pepper as our vet and he was fantastic! He got on the floor and sat with Briley (who’s a very nervous vet goer) and was very patient with her when trying to examine her. He and the rest of the staff are wonderful people! Also, they have a Fear Free Visit form that you can fill out before you come and they do their best to accommodate what you fill out and they did a wonderful job accommodating our pup! Highly recommend!
