Very friendly! – On my last service visit to Apple Valley Honda I inquired about the 2011 Honda Odyssey. I had the chance to visit with Marilynn in the showroom. She was very friendly and gave me a brochure. My husband and I are considering a purchase and will be back to Apple Valley Honda to check the Odyssey out.
Best Phone Skills – I am a wholesaler and have to call different dealerships to daily. I always enjoy calling Apple Valley Honda and getting to speak with Jessica! She is so cheerful and will put a smile on my face... The parts department has a great variety of items for purchase and offer delivery which is even better! Call Apple Valley Honda and speak with Jessica, she'll make your day better guaranteed!
Sherry Freer – In this day and age customer service is not always what it used to or should be. However, Apple Valley Honda has a secret weapon and her name is Sherry Freer. We recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and had the good fortune to be sat across the desk from this lady..talk about "know your stuff". Not only is she incredibly good at her job but her personality makes her a rare breed...and the reason we will refer this dealership to anyone we can!
No pressure Sales ~ Service is GREAT too! – We have purchased two Hondas from Apple Valley Honda. The experience has always been great. We buy there because of the no pressure, friendly atmosphere and staff. We also have our vehicles serviced there and the service department is great. We are always treated with courtesy and respect. Apple Valley Honda is a great place to do business and highly recommended!!!!
Oil change – Thank you so much for the way you treat my wife when she takes my truck in for any maintenance. I didn't expect anything less but some places tend to treat women like they know nothing about cars. Special thanks go to Gavin, your courtesy clerk. Great Service!! – I recently had to purchase parts for one of our car. It had to be doen rather quickly as we were leaving town for the weekend. Went into the service department at Apple Valley Honda and even though it was a part that had to be ordered, Gavin at the front desk did all that he could to have it there before the end of the week. He was so helpful and put my mind at ease. When the part came in he promptly called and had it waiting for me when I arrived. So greatful that we were still able to take our trip!
Two thumbs upl – I have been a customer of Apple Valley Honda for 14 years. I have owned 3 Honda's two of which I purchased their. I bought two of them from Gavin in the sales department and now I service them with him in the service department. I always go here because I cant beat the price, and I always get coupons in the mail for the work that I need done. It's so comforting knowing that I all I need to do is call Gavin up and he will take care of my cars for me, and give me a car wash coupon!
Great Service!!! – I purchased my car a few years back and had a wonderful no pressure sales experiance. Now because of the respect I was treated with I decided to service my car at the Apple Valley Honda service department. I love that I can go their and Gavin treats me like a real person and communicates with me on my level of understanding and never pressures me. So I always go there now because I know that I wouldn't get that kind of serves any where else.
New Favorite – I have tried several oil change places in town, and the prices and service always seem to change. That was until I found Apple Valley Honda, the price is always great and the service is superior. It is a pleasure to bring my car in and chat with Gavin Courtney, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for being so wonderful.
