Honda's Great Service – I recently bought a brand new honda at Apple Valley Honda and I love it. I wanted to add some accessories to it and so I went into the parts and service deptartment. I was able to order the extras that I wanted and was also given a excellent discription of what time line I should follow when getting it serviced. Thank you Gavin for taking the time to explain my honda services to me. I look forward with dealing with you in the future when it's time to bring it in.
Apple Valley Honda is GREAT – Having had a very disappointing Honda experience in Lynnwood - I took a chance to see if Apple Valley was different.. All I can say is these folks are GREAT! The service department is top notch! Thanks for being a wonderful representation of Honda! Apple Valley Honda is great!! – I just bought a mini cooper from Patrick at Apple Valley Honda in Wenatchee, Wa. It was the best experience with any dealership I've ever had. He took such good care of me.My opnion of car salesmen has changed greatly for the better. If your thinking of buying a car Patrick at Apple Valley is definetly your man!!!!
Apple Valley Honda's website is user friendly! – When I purchased my Honda Civic I did so by putting in a request for information on Apple Valley Honda's website. I found the website easy to figure out and appreciated seeing the specials that were available. Marylin was prompt, courteous and very helpful. All my questions were addressed and I didn't need to worry about anything!
Excellent Service – I recently traded in my older Pilot for a brand new one at Apple Valley Honda. The service I received there was absolutely the best ever. The salesman I worked with listened to my needs made sure I was happy with my new car. Excellent Experience – I recently came in and was looking for a car for my daughter. Patrick our sales man was great! He showed me the civic and explained the advantages of having an economical vehicle that gets great gas mileage. Great Customer Service – I have always just gone to Apple Valley Honda because I have always had Hondas. We recently bought our daughter her first car and it wasn't a honda so we serviced it elsewhere not even thinking about it. Now I know why I always go to Honda because Gavin at the service counter know's exactly what I need. I will make sure we always go their even if it's not a Honda.
Bad experience turned into AWESOME! – After my wife's car was broken into we took it to Apple Valley Honda to have it repaired. We didn't get the help we expected and felt they could have done more to take care of our concerns. When I called the dealership I still wasn't happy and wanted to take my complaint further up the chain of command.
