well they did a nice job on my car but they also treated me like a liar when I brought up my concerns. I have never been so devastated in my life. they treated me like I was a criminal. I work with murders and rapist all day and I treat them better then apple collision treated me. all I wanted was the shimmy looked at that wasn't there till after we got hit. I just don't understand why that makes my a fraudulent liar.
My over all buying experience was good. The vehicle I purchased was at the higher end of fair market value, but fit what I wanted. My only complaint is seeing my trade in listed for $7,000 over what was given to me in the deal. Doesn't leave me feeling that the deal was a good one.
Not even a year ago we bought a 2013 BMW X3 from this dealership. Couple months ago the engine fails. Take it to a trusted quality mechanic and they tell us to file a law suit because the dealership never should have sold us the car. RecommendedBought a 2017 Honda that I got a good deal on, the staff was friendly and the sales person was very helpful. After having the car for 1 day I noticed the blower motor had a slight bearing noise so I brought it back to them and to have it looked at. Just over a month ago I was in a terrible car accident, 100% not my fault, someone didn't yield on a left turn and pushed me into a traffic light, totaling my newly paid off Prius.
