RecommendedIt's December 28th, 2016 and it's chilly outside. My appointment was at 1:00pm. The wait was fair in my opinion. I had three fillings to be drilled on. The Asian lady who is my doctor did an amazing job on my teeth. She had to clean some if my teeth before drilling.. score! It didn't take more than an hour. I walked out the door feeling new and improved. Best dentist in town!! Thanks MN Sure.
At the Coon Rapids clinic, we arrived early and were seen about 20 minutes late. Not a big deal -- kind of expected in this field. I wasn't impressed with the office staff/receptionists; however, the dental assistant and dentist were very good with my father and his dentures.
No consistency of who you see for a dentist. Staff changes regularly and the think the world stops at 5pm and if you have insurance they will recommend to the point of being pushy all kinds of dental work.
Will never ever return. They failed to mention that if you are late that your appointment will be canceled yesterday I was there and they said you have a 10 minute window well that was a lie. The employees and front desk is rude don't go here.
I've Had Nothing But GREAT Experiences At Appletree Dental! The Assistants Were All Very Nice And They Had A Genuine Interest In What I Spoke To Them About! Thank You Appletree And The GREAT Work You All Do In The Dental Field! I Really Love All Of The Experiences I Have Had There!
I brought a patient in late, which staff was aware thst we would be late. Upon arrival I was treated rudely by the receptionist and told we were 30 minutes late which we were not, and we would need to reschedule. Being treated rudely from the moment I walk in is inexcusable. Also, I failed to mention that the appointment was pushed back an hour and we may need to wait longer than that. I guess it's okay for patients to wait but not okay for staff to wait.
Great friendly staff! The front desk is very patient and friendly easy check in, my son is special needs and had his wisdom teeth pulled here.
