The sales staff are most attentive to the needs of customers and prospective customers. One feels welcomed at Apple Subaru. The Service Department likewise is welcoming and helpful. We have now purchased three vehicles at Apple Subaru in three years. We have progressed from Imprezza hatchback to Crosstrek to Forester, each time getting a larger vehicle as we realized the need for more space and amenities. The Forester is my third Subaru and my wife's seventh. We have found the automobile brand for us and the dealer, too.
Charles my sales rep was awesome. Made me feel right at home from the start. Went over everything throughly my with the car and the entire process. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I am an Apple Subaru customer for life. This was my first time buying a Subaru. I will definitely be back to Apple Subaru for all my cars in the future. This morning I had my first service appt for my new Subaru's 6000 miles driven. I was the first appt at 7am and though I was a few minutes early I was welcomed into a warm closed in garage immediately. Nina's warm, friendly, smiling face welcomed my still groggy self in at the service desk. She was efficient, and mindful and responsive to the one concern I had while at the same time personable too.
