I bought my sixth or seventh Outback last week after having had a different car for several years. I have to say that I came away from Apple thinking that every single person we dealt with in that organization couldn't have been nicer to deal with. I went for state inspection - it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The people are all friendly and efficient and I will definitely be returning!
I love this place. I worked with Ben to purchase my car, he was incredible. Listened to my concerns and dealt with my indecisiveness. Put me in my place without being rude and kept me grounded. When I brought my car in for service, Nina was beyond helpful. Despite a few bumps in the road, all were polite and made sure I stayed in the loop about what was going on. Highly recommend�
