Very poor customer service. Bought a used suv from them they promised to repair 2 problems the vehicle had but they would not do the repairs until I bought the vehicle. They then took 2 weeks after buying it to repair it then the repairs were done wrong took it back they agreed they would fix it again and that they would call me here I am a year later they refuse to work with me or fix the vehicle they agreed was fixed wrong I had to pay over $2,000 out of pocket to replace their mistake just so the vehicle would pass inspec... read more
10/14/16: In the interest of transparency, I'm editing my previous review instead of deleting it and posting a new one. The key to getting my situation resolved was contact Apple Subaru's sales department. It never crossed my mind to discuss a service issue with anyone in sales, but I wish I would have done it much sooner.
