I do not recommend apple Subaru, here’s why. I scheduled my vehicle for a 30k mile maintenance service for 7am (earliest available slot) I didn’t receive any updates or change of service requests from them all day so on my way home from work when I planned to be dropped off by a coworker to pick up my car I called them to get an update and here they didn’t even start my car.. it sat there all day while I was at work because they assumed they had all day to complete my car. Have been looking for a few months at Subaru Outback and test drove a few . Then vacationed with family in an Ascent for a week and was super impressed at the roominess and the drive. Couldnt find anything locally, checked Apple’s website on a Monday afternon, had a call and an email in less than a minute. Sean Fitzpatrick found a car I hadn’t really thought about, got it in and we had a contract on Thursday and delivery on Friday! The staff is exceptionally polite and motivated to work with you .
