I had a lemon 2014 crosstrek, had a slew of problems between 50-100k. Some even repeated themselves. Visibility pissed every time I had to come in and saying how disappointed I was in the vehicle, no one once offered to help me trade it in on something new for a discount or gave me any kinda discount at any point. The employees at Apple Subaru are polite and very helpful. Each person that interacted with us seemed to truly want to help us find the best deal for our car. Michelle Garcia was great to work with and was not high pressure and answered all my questions.

Went in this morning with no appointment and was helped by a salesman named Tyler Crowl. The whole process was a 10/10. And his customer service was pretty great. Not one moment did I feel like the process was boring or slow or tedious. I got my car and they were a little backed up for cleaning so I went home and Tyler offered to pick me up from my home to get my car when it was cleaned. It ‘‘twas a pretty grand time.
