An excellent customer service experience! I was able to reserve a unit a week in advance of needing it and, since I wasn't familiar with the location, I wanted to be sure I could easily access and navigate the space when I finally started storing my items. I happened to be in the area one day after booking online (which was a super easy process!), so I decided to drop in. Recently got my first storage unit, and everything was so easy to book online and the staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful when I arrived to move my stuff in! The carts that are available in the bay were incredibly helpful too, otherwise would have taken me much longer to move my things. Thanks for everything!
