I've rented a unit here for the last four years to store my university belongings while I am out of the city. This year, I forgot the keys to my unit when I flew in, which would have left me unable to move into my new place. Courtney went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get back into it - she was taking the old lock off with an angle grinder not fifteen minutes after I had first walked into the building, for a very reasonable cost. We stored items from my daughter’s dorm room over the summer. Communication was great from the company when we had questions and the items were stored with no issues. We will use them again!
We've stored our boys' stuff 3 times now in Halifax... the office staff are excellent and friendly... we've had to make adjustments in the past, and they always came through with quick solutions. Place is super clean and feels safe.
Excellent service, the staff is very friendly. The facilities are in very good condition and reasonably priced.
