I’ve rented from Apple One Storage / Penske Truck Rental on five different occasions now, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences dealing with Kory and Karen. The trucks have always been clean, well-maintained and ready to go, and the customer service has been excellent every time. I do want to mention that mistakes can happen, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. I had an instance back in June where I booked a truck online but unfortunately wasn’t able to get one because of how busy the summer season gets.... read more
Cory was phenomenal. Honestly we came in on short notice and he hooked us up and was so friendly and kind. We need more people like you!
All staff managed the storage assignment with me via phone and were courteous in relaying all the information I needed. Kory, (Owner) did a follow-up call an inquired how the move went and was the unit size satisfactory. I could not believe an Owner would care so much how a renter would feel about the process and unit. I was surprised and delighted by the kindness shown to me and I would highly recommend to anyone to Rent a storage unit at Apple Storage. Thanks so much Kory and staff ! 👍
Process to rent was simple, very friendly people an dlove the fact of the keypad. Keep up the good work
5 Stars! 10/10 Would Recommend!! Honestly above and beyond customer service!!!
