I have been with Apple storage for sometime now. All the staff are very friendly helpful and informative. Most of my dealings are with Kory. I love that I am alwalys greeted with a smile from a friendly face. The office is always clean and inviting and your needs are always met.
Manager was courteous, funny and went above and beyond standard customer service!
This was my first time ever requiring a storage unit, and Kory was incredibly accommodating, and understanding and made the entire experience incredibly easy. Also, they were completely honest with the pricing from the very beginning, with absolutely no hidden fees or surprise charges.
The place is perfectly located, the people working there are great and they are willing to help with any problems I may have
