It was nice as always. My only critique is to set the right expectations for customers wanting to eat in your restaurant. We saw it was busy, and we're told it would be 45 to 50 minutes. However it was more like 70 minutes, before we were seated. This was the first time my husband has ever been to the apple holler. So not the best first impression. He did enjoy the food as I did. I know you all are busy, it's harvest time. Just set the right expectations and customers will understand.
To me it seems kind of expensive overpriced the food is not that good and it's kind of dirty I expected more from this place
Apple picking is outrageously priced. The restaurant lunch buffet, however, was delicious. The place could use some sprucing up.
It's an ok place, I think it's ridiculous that they consider a 9 year old an adult when it comes to the pricing. The pricing alone is a little outrageous, they highlight all the "free" things that this includes, but it's nothing more than going to a playground.
My family, and I go almost every year. We enjoy it, yeah some employees seem cranky, like the one girl running pony rides. The other sweet young lady, wearing plaid doin the pony rides was really nice though. I can't remember her name, she looked kinda like Scarlett Johansen but she was really good with the kids. And she was patient letting the horse do its business. Most of the stuff to do is free, and the kids enjoy it. The donuts are the bomb though.
Way overpriced. Everyone must pay $20 for a brown bag lunch size bag to go in the orchard, regardless if you want to pick. 120 buck for the family is just not worth it when you have 4 kids.
Its my firstime picking Apples. I went here with my husband last Tuesday, Sept. 20 and we did enjoy every bits of it, from picking while eating apples (Honey Crisp is the best!) to feeding animals. The cost is a bit pricey ($20/person ; 1 bag = 5lbs) but the whole experience is priceless. I'll be back nextyear!
We went yesterday for my daughters birthday. It rained the entire time, were eaten alive by mosquitoes, were the ONLY customers there and we were only able to pick apples since we couldn't do or see anything else like the animals! They really should have given a 1/2 price discount or something :( I will say the employees there move like snails other than the driver of the trolley/ride to the orchard. He was extremely friendly and very accommodating to our needs since we were the only customers there:) For $20 and a tiny bag ... read more
Dinner was great and so was the service! We're never disappointed. :)
