We have visited as a family, but this time I was there for a school field trip. It was a very nice experience. We were given a tour of the orchard and the Enchanted Forest. The tour guide was very clear in her explanation, considering the age of the students (5 & 6 yr olds). With over 38 or 39 varieties of apples, we were in luck that it was time to pick Honeycrisp! The students loved the experience, and I'll return again this season for apple cider donuts with my own family.

Business response:

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the field trip. We can't wait to see you and your family when you visit!

This is by far the best place to go for a romantic date! My boyfriend and I came here on Valentine's Day 2017 for a carriage ride and it was a day to remember! They have beautiful horses, friendly staff, a wonderful fireplace in the dining area, and a store with great stuff. We had such an amazing time that we didn't want to leave! The atmosphere and people were top notch.... not to mention the private outdoor fire! We will definitely be visiting again this fall, Christmas, and next Valentine's Day!

Business response:

Shellie, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are so thrilled that you are going to be visiting us again soon! The pictures that you posted were so beautiful!

We really enjoy our visits to Apple Holler, loved the breakfast, and enjoyed the chance to pick fresh apples. That said, we notice that the haywagons out to the orchards have grown to full length trains of wagons, off street parking is five dollars, and there were Racine County sheriffs stationed there to enforce it.

Loved the whole farmhouse feel and delicious food, but service was very slow, seems to be understaffed when we were there.

This was our first time there, we had a wonderful time ! We found the staff to be very pleasent...2 dollars for a bottle of sams club water was to high but everything else was great ! Will definitely be back

Business response:

Apples are too expensive compare to other apple orchard.

Business response:

Thank you for visiting Apple Holler! We have an apple picking fee which includes everything in the orchard, as well as access to our Farm Park, which includes small farm animals that you can feed, a corn maze, face painting, playground equipment and much more. At Apple Holler our goal is to provide your family with a memorable fun-filled day that includes some fresh off the tree apples. We hope to see you again soon!

Only thing I had a hard time with is price. $150 for 7 people to Apple pick is a lot and I was a little disappointed that once you were in the kid area all the fun things needed additional tickets. I love Apple Picking and I do return to Apple Holler every year but would LOVE the kid area to be all included in the price. The apples are amazing and it really makes a difference to pick them.
