I never go back this place again !!!! I went there yesterday that was my third time!!! Still same problems !They charge like hell the place is dirty!!! I understand that old farm!!! They're saling apple bags no Choice!!!! Which is so poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Business response:

Hi Amao! We are sorry to hear your experience was less than exceptional. The apple picking entrance fee includes a bag of apples but also provides access to a variety of other activities for families to enjoy. We have a large Farm Park where kids and adults can enjoy feeding the goals, walking through the corn maze and more. With heavy volumes of visitors, we work diligently to maintain the cleanest farm possible for our guests in the midst of the crowds. Thank you for visiting, and we hope you return again soon!

I enjoyed my experience there. I liked the variety of apples, the restaurant, bakery goods, and petting the goats. Everything else was fluff I wasn’t interested in. I wish you could purchase experiences a la cart because it was expensive. $5 just to park, $18.75 per person entrance with only a ½ peck of apples (Group of 4). They suffer from trying to offer too much when they could benefit from doing a few things really well. The food was great and some of the best pie I’ve had. Entrance and exit from the orchard needs to be ... read more

Hi Len! Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your experience, our apples, and pie! We understand the large volume of visitors causes wait times. Our crowd management system staff tries their best to make the process as smooth as possible. We understand your concern with pricing as well. Our goal is for families to enjoy a whole day filled with fun activities and memories. We are sorry the exit time was longer than you expected. The lines to pay for entry were horrendous and poorly organized for the amount of people that are visiting daily. We waited probably about thirty minutes before even getting to a cashier which in all honesty I can understand given it being such a beautiful sunny weekend afternoon. I wish there were some type of signage that allowed people to go over pricing prior to getting to the cashier because I think it might cut the wait times down. People wouldn’t have so many questions last minute. I felt like the $8/person was steep ... read more

Hi Nicole! Thank you for your feedback, it means a lot to us. We are very sorry to hear your experience was less than exceptional. As you mentioned, we do experience high volumes of visitors during peak season and try our best to accommodate for all. We will consider signage to help confusion, thank you for the suggestion! Our Apple Picking experience does include access to the Farm Park, and there are a number of activities that are free of charge. We apologize that the staff did not treat you with the respect our guests de... read more

We came to Apple Holler to specifically pick Snow Sweet apples. When we got there we found out that regardless if you were going to pick apples or not you had to pay at least $15 to enter the orchard. So I had to wait outside for my husband because we certainly were not going to pay $30 for 2 small bags of apples. The staff was very rude and couldn’t even direct my husband to where the snow apples were or even confirm if there was a map or not. He had to call me so I could ask an employee at the gate. Then after all that the... read more

My first time at Apple Holler with my sons (3yo&5yo) and my parents (who have been there before). We came up from Illinois (where the prices are higher) and was well worth the drive. Everyone was friendly in a fun festive atmosphere with wonderful decorations and lots of adventure for the kids. Thanks for a great time and a delicious breakfast.

Business response:

Thank you for making the trip up. We are so thrilled that you had a great visit. We hope to see your family again real soon!

Big selection of apples & employees encouraged us to taste all varieties before we picked to take home. I filled my $20 bag to the brim & was not reprimanded for doing so! The bakery items were delicious! We are at the restaurant & the menu was extensive. The salad bar was delicious & even included some of the bakery treats. Everything we ordered was very good & prices very reasonable. We went on a weekday, so the crowd was not that bad at all. There were several activities that my three year old enjoyed that were included i... read more

People are adorable and the food is fantastic. Love the chicken pot pie. I get hot apple cider, and the pumpkin pie is amazing. When I am in a great mood I go there and when I'm feeling bla I/we go. Either way I leave full and happy.

Business response:

Patti, thank you for your wonderful review. We are so happy to hear that you visit us so often. We can't wait to see you again!
