I can't say enough about how well I was treated by this company! Their ladies in the front office were so warm and professional! The frame I needed a glass replacement for was auctioned at my Church, and they took extra steps to be sure everything looked perfect. It is so refreshing to find a good company every once in a while that still conducts business with Christian ethics and behavior. Best to everyone at Apple Glass!
THANK YOU APPLE GLASS!! While my husband was weed-eating a rock went through our neighbors bathroom picture window and shattered it. Apple Glass worked with the neighbors and I to get it fixed and it looks like nothing ever happened. They stayed in contact with everyone and made it a smooth transaction. I called to have a window replaced in my home and they were able to schedule someone to come out same day. The technician, Andre, was wonderful. He came by and took the time to do it right. He was very understanding when my 2 year old son wanted to watch. I was very impressed with the customer service and I would definitely recommend Apple Glass and I will use them again in the future!
My wife had a small crack in her windshield "repaired" on Nov 18th. On Dec 1, the crack spread from the original "fix". She went back in today (Dec 2) and was told that no work is guaranteed on windshields. If you can't guarantee it for 12 days, then you didn't do it right in the first place. No option was given for a refund or a repair of work that wasn't done properly in the first place. Thank you Apple Glass for taking care of my husband's FJ today. It was bad enough that his car was vandalized, but when we went to the dealership to replace the glass they wanted 3x more than what Apple charged us. Thank you! You've made a customer for life.
They installed windshield on my car. Installer was very friendly and professional. He was meticulous in detail but did not take much time in installation. He answered all questions. Will not hesitate to use Apple again!
