UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am completely unimpressed with Apple Glass. They started out well but things went downhill fast. They quoted my glass and I paid my deposit. They told me 5 business days. Not a problem. They call me within 3 days (this is great) to schedule the install for that day. Told me it would be between 1-5 but closer to 1. I leave work to take a long lunch for the installation. GO TO THE NEXT GLASS SHOP! I visited on February 25 with a mirror frame to get a quote on replacing the glass. I was quoted $111.66 if I were to place the mirror inside the frame myself. I thought it was high, so she agreed to call me back to see if they could do better with pricing, then we would move forward. She asked that I leave the mirror there, and I agreed. Worst customer service. Called to request a quote, and the lady in the phone was yelling at me.
they should have someone on the phone with knowledge they told me they might have to take the hole glass apart just to add a molding 🤔
I drove almost 2 hours to bbn Apple Glass to have my windshield replaced because that's where the dealer I got the vehicle from uses. There was a leak in it the next day and the owner personally called me back and apologized and said dont worry, they would make it right. I'm glad to see there is a buisness owner that still holds to his word. they handed everything and made it right. Great service. Responsible technicians. Honest and customer first approach. They went above and beyond to help me finish my home window project. I was extremely impressed.
I had a very good experience yesterday at the location close to the Woodlands. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and I was able to use a Groupon. I was out of there in less than an hour. We’ll definitely be back when we need to repair a windshield.
I highly recommend Apple Glass. I have been using Apple Glass for all of my vehicle windshields and home glass needs for 18 years. Even when I moved a couple of hours out of the area I still go back to Apple Glass. Their service and products are really that good!
