I thought the level of service i got was outstanding! Jeff was my service writer and he made sure i got a loaner as i needed to leave my car for a couple of days. I had just started having my car serviced there from another dealership that was overcharging me. The other dealership was trying to sell me brakes before i needed them.

Not sure about these other reviews, but Apple is top notch in their service department! Always greeted personally and treated with the utmost of respect! (Especially from Carl G.). They always get the work done as promised and to me it's all about the "Customer Service"! I can get repairs done anywhere, but Apples professionalism is what keeps me coming back!
