Jeff in service is very professional, and a nice guy to work with. Kept me up to date with my car status the entire time that I waited (which wasn't that long)... Very happy with the service that I received from him and the team. Sorry that I didn't purchase my truck from your dealership, however that will change for my next vehicle. Purchased a chevy impala from the auction from your dealership with a bad engine. Good job bringing your junk cars to the auction instead of the junk yard. Dumping junk to other peoples hands. Poor ethics and no morality!

The auction has rules for both buyers and sellers. Mechanical issues are repairable, this was not a junk yard vehicle. We listed this vehicle accordingly.

ervice at Apple York is terrible ! I will never buy another car there nor will I recommend Apple to anyone. I will not use names but the Service Manager was rude and did not want to listen to anything i had to say, he had his mind made up and his own version as to what happened before i even got there. My family and I have bought three beautiful Chevys from here. I've decided to make a review on our latest purchase, a 2015 Chevy Cruze. It will be a year in August and I would have say once again it was another great purchase. Zero problems, still drives as smooth as it did off the lot the first time! Thanks for selling me a vehicle that has left me stranded me on 3 sperate occasions in the 6 months that I've owned it. It's now the weekend and I've had to cancel all of my plans because the piece of crap that you sold me doesn't work. I'm tired of bringing it in for service only to be told "oh we cant find an issue". It's obvious the car is a lemon and I should have filed a complaint months ago!!!
