I called to schedule an appt for a simple battery issue. My car is still under warranty bumper to bumper. So why was I told I would have to pay $137? I presume this is for a diagnostic. Didn't I just say the car is still under warranty? Not cool not cool at all. How many other folks have you charged for a car that is under warranty. We went somewhere else yesterday, they installed a new battery - no charge because what - the car is still under warranty. Be careful consumers.
I absolutely love Apple Chevrolet. Purchased my 4th car in a row from them yesterday (2 Equinox, 2 Traverse) and couldn't be more satisfied. Jerry and Lou are the greatest and the entire dealership has wonderful, welcoming, and caring workers. My whole family only shops Apple Chevy! ���
Shame on you apple Chevy! I go to get some repairs done finally. Had been on a waiting list for about two months. Only I got no repairs done bc my one warranty expired... last month..... during the strike. I understand they had to strike and do that BUT since I had called before my warranty was expired, I should have been able to have my repairs done free of charge! Never again. My Chevy equinox has been in the shop more than out. Lots of thing wrong with engine and transmission Sold a lemon of car to a disabled person. I see u took my other one down. Let's see how long this one stays up.

Upon reviewing your history with our dealership we did not come across any service records or notifications that you were having any issues with your vehicle. Your Equinox went through a 172 point inspection and was GM Certified prior to delivery on 6/23/14. If you are no longer happy with the Equinox we have plenty of other great vehicles available and can help you find a suitable replacement.
Worked with Lou and he was VERY accommodating and answered all my questions. Very patient through this process. Finance was 1 2 3. The dealership as a whole was very clean and orderly. Apple went above and beyond with my trade in and made the new purchase a reality which I wasn't sure was going to happen!!!! Thank you Apple Chevrolet for all you do and making this a most wonderful experience.

My family has been leasing and buying cars from Apple Chevrolet for years. When my lease was up on my Chevy Cruze and I was still living in Virginia, Randy Ramos went with my Mom to test drive cars and Ken Lehmann was quick to answer all my questions by phone and Email. When I went to test drive cars myself, they were very understanding when I changed my mind last minute and decided to go with a Chevy Trax.
