First I had my truck serviced here only because it was under warranty and this was the local dealer, they messed up the rear axle of my truck that is now not covered, crap paint repair with rust coming through after a year, and now they can’t even order parts correctly, last time it was wrong parts, this time they didn’t even bother to place the order, been waiting on parts for while and now have to wait the weekend, just to find out they won’t be the correct parts I guess... definitely will be driving the needed distance to... read more
We came into Apple Nissan to look at the 2017 Murano. Sebastian was a very pleasant and helpful salesman that showed us everything about this great car. He made the buying process easy and we drove home the same night with our brand new, pearl white Murano that I love. Thank you to Sebastian and Apple Nissan.

I can certainly vouch for their friendliness and hospitality! Heading home to North Carolina, our bus broke down across the street from them and the Finance Director Patrick was gracious enough to bring a 15-passenger van and take us to the mall for restrooms and food while we wait for repairs. I love this place and that goes for service, sales, and even the managers. I had to take my car to another dealer and I tell you that I don't ever want to go back there because they were so confusing. I've always had the best experiences with Apple Nissan and how could I forget about Mrs. Ruth who answers the phone. Just a great group of employees.....my family
