RecommendedI had a wonderful experience dealing with the sales team! We hit a couple rough spots on our end with our financial institution but they were always on top of it! I would recommend anyone and everyone go buy from them! You may walk out with a Brand new Nissan Kick like I did!

Apple Nissan is top notch! We saw a car on their website and wanted to check it out. Talked to Felix on the phone and he said he’d have it ready. Felix made us feel like friends the minute we walked in the showroom. He even remembered details from phone conversation. James Fishter took real good care of us. No high pressure sales. They overcharge to an extreme (even for a dealer). For example: I needed to replace my upper engine mount dog bone arm. Keep in mind that this part is held in by two bolts and takes five minutes to replace. I bought the part for $17 on eBay. Had I let them fix it, they quoted me $243.51.

my son leased a car from them. Everything was great until you try to turn it in. Charged him over $500 towing fee. Because they couldn’t sell it on the lot. however, they never tried to sell it. They sent him a bill 14 days after he turned in. Then refused to show a receipt for the towing bill. We turned them into the Better Business Bureau also. Update to this review: I was recently contacted by Apple Nissan and asked to meet with a team of people to discuss this issue. The people that I have worked with previously are no longer employed at Apple. The new management was extremely helpful and they understood my concerns. They met with my husband and I two days in a row to work out an agreement that we were both comfortable with. I've always had Toyotas, but decided to try the Nissan Rogue. I love it! And I also loved the sales experience I had at Apple Nissan. Lisa, my sales person, was excellent, and Jon and the other people I had contact with were great, too! I would definitely buy from this dealership again, and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a new car. Can't say enough good things about Apple Nissan of York!
