My service experience was superb from start to finish. April notified me of the recall and scheduled my appointment while offering the convenience of dropping my car off the day before. As a Mom, I get distracted with my kids activities so the friendly reminder of my upcoming appointment was greatly appreciated. During the day of my vehicle servicing Haleigh kept me posted of when I could pick up my car. I know that I'll go to Apple when I'm ready to buy again.

My husband and I had bought 3 vehicles here and at first we thought they were very professional and great. We have since sold our Nissan Xterra and we were told that we needed to come in to cancel our gap insurance policy. We were told that it would take 6-8 weeks to process the refund. It has since been 5 months and I have been trying to get in touch with apple Nissan for the past two. No one answers their phone or returns calls.
