Paid $1.240.00 for alternater and belt rip off service
Purchased 4 tires from Apple Nissan. Halfway through the 75k warranty the tires started showing choppy wear and I was told to contact the manufacturer directly. What!? I have never heard of such a thing! Does Apple Nissan not stand behind the parts and products they sell? Lessons learned. Not good customer service at all.
Great Inventory Great People Great Service
I bought a 2018 Titan about 4 weeks ago with 3000 miles on it. They were unable to find the key when I looked at it and had one made so I could test drive it. Love the truck but I was told I would get 2 keys. 4 weeks later they still haven't located the key and now tell me they lost money on the sale and wouldn't provide me with a second key. Cost me $280 to have one made. Don't trust anything this dealer tells you. I'll have it serviced elsewhere!

they showed my wife where to put her after hours packet. the next day even though we had and appointment and our car was in their lot, and we were in the CRM system. they did not change the oil and replace the factory oil plug like we requested. Also, months before this they tried a bait and switch on a 2018 Kick that we were interested in. This dealership is Crooked from sales to service. don't believe me read their other reviews. there are better Nissan dealerships in the area. GO THERE! NOT HERE
