I take my Altima there for service and I trust them completely. They are honest and friendly. I recommend them completely.
I love the people who work there. They do not wash cars anymore which really makes me mad. Other car dealers are still doing that. Oh well.

The service department at Apple Nissan is, without a doubt, second to none ! My wife and I took our 2011 Nissan Armada in for service. The DVD player was no longer working. Never did I think that my 89,000 mile SUV would still have warranty coverage for this component. To my surprise, Greg And Dave in service called me with amazing news ! They got the $1,500 replacement parts covered under warranty ! The $1700 repair cost me $100 deductible, and our 3 children are happy to take long rides again. I have purchased so many cars from Apple Nissan of York and have never had such bad customer service. This dealership has given us the runaround for too long now. You take your car when it's under warranty and are told that the reason your car is making the noise that it is because of leaves. I have emailed called and returned my car to this dealership and now they want me to pay for the problem I have been reporting for months now.
