I’m incredibly disappointed in Apple right now. I’ve been an iPhone user for over 10 years because I love their product. However, I recently upgraded to an iPhone 7s (yes, I know, I’m behind the times. I’m not rich...) and come to find out I’m now stuck with a phone that is KNOWN to have glitches. I purchased an iPad 7th edition the beginning of February. I’ve had issues from almost the beginning. It crashes in the middle of programs. I’ve had it in the store twice and sent it back for service. They said they couldn’t duplicate the problem and sent it back. It is still crashing when I am reading an article on Facebook. It’s happens on other programs too, it mostly Facebook. It has a year warranty and I think they should replace it with a new one. Any suggestions.
Thank you Apple for giving me the opportunity to be able to Facetime with my grandkids during this crisis! Im very grateful that although I can't hug and kiss them, I can talk to them, see them and blow kisses to them!

Apple! I’m writing this In hopes that you will see this and help! My kids are home from school due to the school shut down, and the programs used for online learning in her class are only compatible with iPads. I don’t have money and I hoping your company can donate an iPad to my kids so they can continue learning at home. This would be soooo appreciated and would help my kids continue their education ♥️ Love a mother in need!
