If you are traveling to Kenya and are depended on your MacBook Pro which is less than a year old; I would not take it as apple service here is literally non-existent. I was stuck for 3 weeks without a lap top. Even after it was taken in for repairs which was to be done in 10 days, it was not done. It’s frustrating that one has got relliant on a Mac which used to be so reliable . I was told apple is so good that they would even replace a product if they can not repair it for you... all hogwash. I work in the hospital field and need the ability to make emergency calls. Apple Iphone 7 has an issue where safety is compromised. Apple pushed the IOS update 13.1.1 to my phone without my permission. This update rendered my calling capabilities useless. I came upon an elderly patient who fell broke their nose and was losing lots of blood. The grave manufactures defect renders all emergency features inoperable. Yes 911 wasnt an option.
