no complaints. very organized office , staff and doctor. Luisa is an A-1 type Administrator. able to get a family member to see the doctor and now a friend wants to make an appointment too. I think it's a gold mine hidden in Jackson Heights, Queens, NY. Dr. Appel is cool.
