The Apollo rep who visited me today (Luke) was very friendly, very professional, and provided very useful information to me during his inspection of my plumbing system. He made me aware of future options but didn't try to push any sales on me.

Very professional and honest! Hunter was incredibly detailed and explained everything to me in an understandable way. As a first time customer, he definitely inspired me to work with Apollo in the future.

I had my AC go out July 10th, 2020. Apollo was the only company that could come out same day. I was told the tech would be out between 7PM-10PM. I waited until 11:30PM after making two phone calls and never heard from my tech. Now, the reason for 5 stars is because the very next morning as soon as they opened, I had two very concerned employees (one I assume was the owner/manager) call me and expressed sincere apologies and they sent their tech (John F) to my house and they diagnosed the issues and repaired it for free. Very friendly and extremely competent. I use Apollo for my heating and air conditioning and now for my plumbing. This company just seems to have the lost art of customer service instilled into the minds of its technicians.

Micah was helpful and informative. I threw some questions at him and he had knowledgeable answers and was able to back them up with stats or proof. Only thing was another company advised that we would be eligible for rebates from **** and Micah said that we would not qualify. Researching with **** on this. Overall, extremely happy with the professionalism and attention to detail.
