My serviceman arrived right on time. I was called and was on his way. I appreciated the booties he put on after entering. He showed me areas of concern and gave prices for everything. He explained what could wait and what shouldn't. Very polite and not at all pushy.

We had Apollo come out for routine maintenance. The technician, Nathan, said there was a problem with our heat exchanger and it was unsafe to use. He shut off our furnace (in the middle of winter with 3 small kids at home) and told me I needed to replace it for $3600 or would be better to buy a new furnace for $10K as ours was “getting old.” I had 3 other companies come out to give me a second (and third and fourth) opinion (and test for carbon monoxide) and all 3 said there was nothing wrong with the heat exchanger or furna... read more

Marcus did an AMAZING JOB and he's a great man!! He was very courteous, professional and calm in his understanding my electrical questions. He perfectly explained everything and was helpful to me. He correctly diagnosed the issue with my hairdryer, and even gave me advice on how to properly store it, and not to wrap the cord around the hairdryer at it weakens the cord. Apollo plumbing was great! So professional, thorough and friendly from the time we placed the call until technician left our home. Would highly recommend.
