Apollo Home installed a new heat pump and ac system. The entire team, from scheduling to installation, was very professional. The Team arrived when they said they would, took the time to answer the many questions I had to my satisfaction and cleaned up both inside and outside my home after the system was installed. Had Apollo technician come to my home to do a furnace tuneup. Unit was 14 years old and tuneups done yearly by a qualified technician until this year when I signed a contract with Apollo Home for all my home needs. After spending roughly an hour on tuneup the technician had found the following issues. Inducer motor whining and currently over amping; blower wheel dirty, secondary heat exchanger dirty and should be cleaned. Recommend as immediate repair inducer motor.
