cj was very polite and professional. he had an exceptionally positive attitude and it really showed during his interactions with me. the appointment was originally for a biannual tune-up only. when i mentioned that i needed to schedule the blower cleaning, he offered to call and find out if he could do it during this trip. he saved me a lot of time and schedule juggling by doing this unscheduled maintenance and i GREATLY APPRECIATED it. i would definitely have cj as the technician anytime i need hvac service.

Mario did an excellent job in installing the wireless 3-way switch from my upstairs to downstairs. I am very pleased with the work. I am thrilled to have my exhaust fan and light in the downstairs bathroom in good working order. This was not an easy fix requiring the technician to solve the problem with patience and expert skill.

We needed a complete HVAC replacement so I got estimates from 6 major HVAC companies in the Cincinnati area. Apollo was the only estimator who quoted us for a 5-ton AC system when the other 5 dealers all said we need a 4-ton system. Maybe a scam, or maybe just not very good. Either way, we went with a 4-ton Trane from *****for $6,000 less than Apollo's 5-ton, and it's doing great.
