buyer beware – Advice is to keep your options open and look around. If APM works for you. so be it. Read the lease through and through. There is little to no flexibility. Focus of the company is towards leasing and leasing only. Tenant service is not a priority. This is a business...not a customer service agency.

LOSER LANDLORDS – Don't rent from this company unless you are lazy, and brain dead. They were asked to fix my leaking roof and for months I lived with damp , conditions and mold. They never ever answered my reqests to have my heat fixed so I sat in the cold for a week until they came out and told me it was my fault because my filter was dirty. These are sick people and I wouldn't have rented from them if I knew about this site. Stay away !!!!!

my land lord in center city – Hey with over 200 apartments and only 3 complaints they are on top of there game if you ask me. i have lived in there apartments for over 4 years and i love it. southpawj is a angry contracter so dont take it out on there company. i have recomended these apartments too all my friends and several have listened. Worst company to do business with – If you are a contractor, I highly do not recommend doing business for these code violated dumps they call apartments. They will beat your price up and do not care how the job gets done as long as it works. I myself have worked for this company and found enough code violations to remember. After fixing many problems and going above and beyond, I was in formed that I would no longer be needed. I guess when you bring multiple problems to apm's attention, they dont like that and get rid of you... read more

Worst landlord ever – APM is the most unresponsive landlord I have ever had. I've been asking them to fix leaks in my apartment for over a year and they refuse to do anything. They don't return phone calls when their tenants have problems. They keep their buildings in disrepair. They're the worst landlord I have ever had, and trust me, I've had a lot. I recommend using any other landlord in the city that isn't these guys.

Not so great – I do not recommend renting with APM. The condition of their properties has not been kept up to date. I have lived in two different apartments both rented with APM, the first one was fine, but I saw how they operate as a business when I rented the second one, and regret sticking with them. Their business ethic is not at a respectable level, and I have often been treated rudely, not to mention my apartment is in awful condition.
