I got a pair of earrings as a birthday gift. I invited 50 people to my party and I don’t remember who gave it to me. The back pin of one earring has broken and they can not fix without the receipt or email/phone number of buyer which I don’t have. Shame of this company, preposterous and unacceptable. Don’t buy gifts from them, my advice
