We had our windows replaced by Apex and had a great experience from the ground up. Sales team through installation - all professionals. The windows have been in place almost a year now and no complaints. They are nice to look at, easy to clean and seem to do their job as intended. We haven't had a reason to use the hurricane shielding yet (thank goodness).
Love my modern new windows from Apex Energy Solutions. From start to finish the entire Apex team were very professional and made to process very simple. I highly recommend Apex! I'm already saving money on my energy bills and looking good in the process.
If you are looking for new windows I absolutely recommend Apex. Windows are of the highest quality. Everyone is very professional and the installation crew went over and beyond. There were never any surprises. Their communication is excellent. If you need to update your windows then Apex is definitely the way to go!

Great experience on the sale, and installation of windows. One kitchen window did not open all the way. We called and they sent a tech to repair the next week. No quality issues with the other 8. Great experience, would highly recommend. More affordable than others who quoted.
Do not get their windows. They installed into rotten wood 2 years ago. I discovered the issue a few months ago. When I took this up with their office Stephanie told me that if it can hold a nail they will install a window. Bret who runs the installation department told me that it held the window so it was not their problem. Unbelievable that they will not admit that they treated me wrong and will do nothing to mitigate the issue. Apex windows are fantastic! We had new windows installed last Thursday. Installation (Caleb and his guys) were fast, friendly, upbeat and easy to work with. The high quality windows can't be beat. Thank you Apex for such a good experience!
