Thus was the first time I've ever had Novacain. I was very nervous about my procedure. Dr. Jordan and his staff were excellent. They put me at ease and reassured me through the entire procedure. Very professional, compassionate, and informative. I would highly recommend this office!

I had a root canal done today with Dr Jordan, and as funny as it sounds, couldn't be happier! I was nervous and from the minute I walked in the door, his staff made me feel at ease. He's quite liberal with the novocaine. Nice. I liked that they didn't chat while working on me. Sometimes that make you feel like they're not really paying attention to what they're doing. He waited until he was finished to explain everything and answer all my questions. Novocaine is wore off and I feel great! TY!
