Good diagnostics, good service. Dr. Anthony Domenico excels at determining extent of treatments required and does a great explanation of said treatment.
Dr. Jordan was caring, efficient, and had a good sense of humor. His attention to detail was awesome.
I am a dentist myself. When I was doing my residency in Buffalo a couple years ago, I had a terrible toothache on a tooth that was previously treated with the root canal treatment. Dr. Jordan was able to retreat the tooth and the tooth is now as good as it can be. When I showed Dr. Jordan's work to my other endodontist friends, they were very impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan to all patients.

Dr. Jordan is amazing!! He got me in when I was in pain & didn't have an appointment. I had to wait about 30 minutes, but I expected that considering I had no scheduled appointment. I didn't understand tooth pain until this happened to me, and I am so thankful for him. The office staff was fabulous! They helped me use the computer to check in, and explained charges. & this office is beautiful. They have everything computerized and it's so quick! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am out of pain! Thank you!
Awful reception staff. Revolving door with employees. They are constantly training someone new. Dr. Jordan doesn’t talk to the patient nor his staff when asked a question. He tries to get as many emergencies in a day that’s why he never turns anyone down. $$$$. I walked in the treatment room and almost stepped on a needle tip on the floor! I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. Horrible I spent 2 hours at this office while he bounced back and forth between two other patients.
I am probably one of the smaller percentages of failed root canal I had done here at their office. Previous to the root canal i did have a very bad abscessed tooth. Dr Jordan completed the root canal and the infection was taken care of. I went to my Dentist after and she placed a post and temp filling. About a week later before I could get it crowned a third of the tooth cracked and now I must see the oral surgeon for extraction/implant. I am guessing there may have been a hairline fracture.
I was referred to Dr Jordan for an emergency root canal and was treated promtly and professionally with a very successful outcome. His expertise is evident in all aspects of his practice including a dedicated staff, state of the art technology and ability. My highest recommendation.
I am a General Dentist with 39 years of experience. Throughout that time I have referred to numerous Endodontists. There will always be some that are better than others. I recently required a root canal for the first time and selected Dr. Jordan of Apex Dental for my treatment. The rationale for this choice was made by viewing the textbook outcomes from my patients.
