I have family who live here. During their tenancy there have been 4 instances of multiple car break instances. Yet, there are no security cameras. At this time the Raleigh PD will not investigate unless a firearm is stolen
I have family living here. During their tenancy there have been 4 multiple car break ins, 1 accidental gun discharge, and 1 attempted homicide. Yet, there are no security cameras. Raleigh PD will no longer investigate these break ins unless a firearm is stolen. No police report means difficulties with an insurance claim
Great location. The leasing management company and maintenance are incredible here. Shaun almost always fixes maintenance requests same day, and if he can't, he is always keeping you updated. The only complaint I have is that you can hear your neighbors because there is not any sound insulation between units.
Apartments of Westgrove is a fantastic community, and Nicole made my experience even better! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although they only had larger apartments available, she went above and beyond by referring me to Pine Ridge, ensuring I found the perfect fit. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. If you're looking for a great place with amazing staff, Apartments of Westgrove is worth checking out!
Shawn in the maintenance department is amazing. Our AC went down Friday night. Nicole in the office brought us a window unit to help and then Shawn came on a Sunday to fix it. He could have waited until Monday but he came on Sunday and fixed it. He is the man. Great guy too. And Nicole is just as amazing. Both are really great to work with and they care.
