Great location. The leasing management company and maintenance are incredible here. Shaun almost always fixes maintenance requests same day, and if he can't, he is always keeping you updated. The only complaint I have is that you can hear your neighbors because there is not any sound insulation between units.
Apartments of Westgrove is a fantastic community, and Nicole made my experience even better! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although they only had larger apartments available, she went above and beyond by referring me to Pine Ridge, ensuring I found the perfect fit. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. If you're looking for a great place with amazing staff, Apartments of Westgrove is worth checking out!
Shawn in the maintenance department is amazing. Our AC went down Friday night. Nicole in the office brought us a window unit to help and then Shawn came on a Sunday to fix it. He could have waited until Monday but he came on Sunday and fixed it. He is the man. Great guy too. And Nicole is just as amazing. Both are really great to work with and they care.
The Apartments of Westgrove have been a great place for our family. The quiet, tree-lined neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, and there’s plenty of space for kids to play. The playground is well-kept, and the pool with the sundeck has been a favorite spot for us on warm days. Our apartment is spacious with modern updates like wood-style floors, granite countertops, and in-unit laundry, which makes day-to-day family life a lot easier. I was impressed with the property, and had a great time touring with Nicole. She was friendly and upbeat the entire time, and really made everything feel like home. I thought the pool area was incredibly welcoming and well kept, and I like how airy and well lit the townhomes are. I don't usually enjoy touring a place, but with nice looking amenities and some really excellent service from Nicole I came away feeling like I could live here.
