I found my visit to your office very pleasant, starting with my greeting at the reception desk when I came in. All my questions were answered and help was offered regarding dental insurance. My wait time was very short, and I was escorted to the treatment room by a very pleasant dental assistant, of course I can't remember her name - sorry about that. They are always willing to answer all of your questions and provide full explanations as to your dental health. You are treated with respect by all members of the team. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Biede and his staff. I have had a lifetime of teeth issues and have been to many different dentists, largely due to my bad habits and improper oral hygiene. Dr. Biede is the most understanding and professional dentist I have ever experienced. He has a great way of explaining things to you.
