My family has had Dr. Biede as our family dentist for almost twenty years now. My youngest daughter won't go to anyone else even though she is in college in Texas! Dr. Biede takes everyone's concerns seriously and is willing to spend the necessary time to explain any procedure you may need. His staff is equally as helpful, professional, pleasant and fun!
Hubby and I had cleanings today and as usual the best treatment and care from the Dr. and staff. The first dentist have really trusted.
Explained procedure and options well. I was treated with care and professionalism. On time appointment.
Donna did a great job on cleaning my teeth - as ALWAYS!! I am never kept waiting, she is very respectful of our time. Dr. Biede reviewed my xrays and found a little problem that he suggested I take care of right away. He referred me to a specialist and made sure I saw the right doctor. I am so grateful to know that my dental health is in good hands. Everyone in the office is a delight to work with. It's fun to go to the dentist? Pleasant? Necessary? Joyous? Not so much? There are no words for the feelings that finally get us into a dental chair. That being said...as long as you have to go...why not go to the best dentist in the Tucson area? Roger Biede is a terrific dentist and his office staff is off the charts! Definitely a 5 star rating!
Donna is a great hygienist and has given me many cleanings.
For more than 10 years now my husband Bob and I have been receiving excellent care from Dr. Biede and staff. Yesterday we had our bi-annual check up with cleaning. What a pleasure to once again receive such good care--of course, no surprise. It was just what we have come to expect.
If going to the dentist can be thought of as enjoyable, the staff at DR. Roger Biede makes it so. The staff is very professional and enjoyable. I can always count on a very professional cleaning by Donna and a very professional warm hearted conversation with the good Doctor with a few laughs thrown in. I highly recommend this office.
The only improvements I can think of: I had better insurance coverage and I didn't live so far away.
